Some internet connections can have sudden changes in speed, which can affect the course. Try closing the program and signing back in, or trying the course again at a different time of day.
In order for the course to work properly, your computer needs to be able to play sound. Be sure your computer can play sound from other websites.

Your TAP Series online program may not be functioning properly in your browser. Try using the online course with another browser, like Firefox or Google Chrome:
Once the Firefox browser is installed, you need to download the Flash player to use the TAP Series course. Inside Firefox, go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer and click Install Now.
After the Flash software is installed for Firefox, follow your previous directions to start the course using the Firefox browser.
Google Chrome already comes with Flash Player.
